The "Lucky Lantern" Abutilon series are compact, bushy abutilons genetic dwarfs which are excellent for
summer containers! They are all compatible in habit with large flower size. The breeding line is perennial
with a longer growing period than the Bella seed-raised series, but still has a short growing cycle (4-6 months)
compared with other perennials. The advantage of a vegetatively propagated Abutilon is the long blooming period
(near year round in California conditions) with a profusion of bells at all the times. It has been proved to be cold
tolerant as well heat tolerant.
