This month we are bringing you “bubbly” at Schiphol International Airport and Maureen’s famous Champagne Bellini. This is a stylish, sophisticated cocktail that is sure to please. It is also very easy to make!
For a simple Bellini, just use:
6oz Champagne
1oz DeKuyper peach schnapps
Pour the peach Schnapps in a tall flute, top up carefully with Champagne.
Do not stir; this would destroy all of the bubbles.
Enjoy the peachy aroma.

Blue Velvet
Do you love the color blue? Blue is the color of the sky, oceans and rivers. Here is a way to bring blue into your celebration.
1oz blue Curacao
Champagne
Put the blue Curacao into a Champagne flute. Carefully add in the Champagne - and enjoy the color and the taste! Some people call this a "Sapphire" because of its brilliant blue color. Note that the blue Curacao is quite blue to start with - so it all depends on how "yellow" the sparkling wine you add it to is.
