PlantHaven Shrub Program
The PlantHaven Shrub Program was formed to create and expand a high quality shrub introduction program comprised of a nationwide network of the best wholesale nurseries. The mission of the program is to provide profitable production opportunities to enterprising growers, thereby attracting the best plant breeders.
The Shrub Program targets the best plant breeders from around the world whose varieties are deemed patentable and worthy of introduction. It is designed to provide access to new shrub varieties to select growers who have a reputation for quality and who, taken together, are likely to satisfy the applicable market for each plant – regional or national; retail and/or landscape. Nurseries are selected for their commitment to promotion of new varieties.
