A lovely series of compact, long-blooming Phygelius from the United Kingdom. These showy
perennials provide color summer to frost. Tubular flowers are pendulous and loosely clustered
on sturdy stems. Nectar attracts hummingbirds. Plants mature at 24-36” in the landscape, and cover
a range of colors, including the first truly white Phygelius. They are all uniform size and growth, with denser flower spikes and stronger stems than other cultivars, making them good candidates for gallon container production. Hardy to USDA Zone 7, they also make great summer container or bedding plants outside their range. Full sun and well-drained soil are preferred.
